• Member: Anyone using our services.
• Organization: The group or company that Members belong to and who contracts with BulkSend to use our services.
• Service: All BulkSend provided resources, including the App for Slack, website, and related resources.
• Administrator: The person within your organization who manages BulkSend, typically the one who first installs it.

2. Posting and Changing Terms

These terms are posted on our website. BulkSend may update these terms as necessary, with changes posted on the site. Continued use of the service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users may discontinue the service at any time if they do not agree to the updated terms.

To start using BulkSend, users must accept these terms and install the BulkSend App for Slack. The person installing the app becomes the initial Administrator and agrees to these terms on behalf of all workspace members.
